The first step to getting a job at Athena Academic English is to send your CV to our recruitment team. If you meet our requirements you will be contacted to schedule an interview with a member of our team in China.

If you live in one of our home cities you may schedule a face-to-face interview in one of our Athena centers. If you live outside China or it is inconvenient to visit our centers we can schedule a virtual interview via WeChat, Skype or other video conferencing software. Depending on the position applied for, you may be asked to join more than one interview.

If your application is successful, you will receive an offer to join Athena Academic English. Upon signing the terms of the offer you will officially join our team. Congratulations!

In the days and weeks after agreeing to join us you be guided through the visa process by our HR team, as well as some given further information about our company and what to expect on arrival in China.

Once you have been given the go ahead, you should book your flights and get prepared for your new city. We will put you in touch with a local member of staff in your center who can provide information about what you may need to pack and what to expect.

The final thing to do is to arrive in your new city, find a place to live and get to know your new friends at your Athena center.
